You agree to provide an accurate and honest description including real images and/or videos of the product listed.
You can list your products, use our service and manage on our website for selling (do money and product exchange) outside our website with no fees at all. But must mark an item as sold straight after a product is sold or booked.
The fees we charge for using our Secure Payment System and Finance Option are 7.5% from the total sale. We may change our fees, or introduce new fees from time to time by posting the changes on the AZFitnessEquipment.com site. You may close your account without penalty at any given time.
You are required to have a payment method on file when selling on AZFitnessEquipment.com. If your payment method fails or your account is overdue, we may collect fees owed by charging other payment methods on file and retaining collection agencies or legal counsel.
Shipping and Collection
You are responsible for shipping or collection and to cover all fees it may occur. If you do have an item for collection only it must clearly be written in a product policy. If a product is for collection only leave "Requires Shipping" unticked. Also, include a location and times of the collection in a product policy.
As a seller on AZFitnessEquipment.com, you agree to comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of our service and your listing, solicitation of offers to purchase, and sale of items.
You are also responsible for paying all fees associated with using our service and our website and all applicable taxes.
You will compensate us in full (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) for any losses or costs, including reasonable legal fees, we incur arising out of any breach by you of this User Agreement, your improper use of AZFitnessEquipment.com Services or your breach of any law or the rights of a third party.
